Chloe Jane - a native New Yorker and rising pop act brought her powerhouse vocals and full-scale production to the Mercury Lounge on June 23rd, this being her second time playing the iconic venue.
Chloe is the supporting act for Morgan St. Jean's North American 'Girls Just Wanna' tour, but gives the force and stamina of a headlining stadium act.
Opening the show with 'Famous', a track that boasts of confidence and success while delivering choreography which mirrors her TikTok's delivering the same audio.
"First class, London to Vegas, won't stop until you make it, face it, you're nameless, but I can make you Famous"
After acknowledgment and appreciation to the crowd, Chloe then proceeds to perform 'Shut Up', a song dedicated to the haters.
Chloe connects further with the crowd when she confesses to being the 'Middle Man' between many relationships in her life, something that brings cheers and understanding from the room.
The audience drawls in closer to hear the raw emotion of the next track. "Lots of pressure on my shoulders just at 22, you can always lean on me but what if I need you?," Chloe sings.
Even through the heavy emotion, the song ends with smiles and choreography to keep the fans cheerful - a continued theme through the night.
Chloe makes her way to the piano and asks "is there anyone in the audience who likes Katy Perry?," one of the many pop stars who helped inspire her act. She proceeds to perform an acoustic version of the hit song, 'The One That Got Away'.
There's a cheerful feeling in the air through the emotional song, a sense of togetherness that can only be achieved through live shows with seasoned performers.
As the acoustic set appears to wrap up, Chloe asks if the audience has "any interest in going downtown?" "you might know a place called the 'Pink Pony Club'"
This is performed half on the keyboard, half while dancing, specifically when the song changes over to "I'm up and jaws are on the floor,". The party continues with a celebration of equality and peace!
The next song, an unreleased track titled 'Born Too Late' reminisces on a time when disco ruled the airwaves and "people wanted to have a good time without so much hate and division,".
With lyrics like "Bowie's in the corner, and Donna's on the floor, every songs a hit, but no ones keeping score,"
Arguably Chloe's most intergenerational song! One that every single person in the room joins along to dance with!
Now joined onstage by internationally acclaimed saxophone player, Michael Ghegan, to celebrate the closing numbers of the show, Chloe is in full force.
Welcoming the unreleased single, 'CPR', Chloe asks the audience to participate in a simple choreographed dance with her - one that gets full participation from all ages in the room.

The set ends with the upcoming single, 'Feel The Love', a disco track that inspired a funky rollerskating music video and is ushering a new era of dance tracks for the artist.
Chloe's sets have now became synonymous with bubbles for a grand finale. One more thing to excite the senses and leave the room in awe. This paired with a world class saxophonist and her energized vocals made for a Tuesday night spectacle.
